I have worked long-term with the same autistic child for 2 years, supporting daily routines, emotional regulation, and developmental milestones. I also have experience caring for two autistic children at the same time, adapting activities and structure to each child's individual needs. I truly believe in positive discipline, open communication with parents, and creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can grow at their own pace. I absolutely love being part of a child's development even when there are challenges. Seeing their progress, confidence, and independence grow over time is incredibly rewarding for me.
