Compassionate and responsible childcare provider with experience in daycare settings, pre-k and a strong background in customer service. Skilled in creating a safe and engaging environment for children, assisting with daily routines, and managing mulitiple tasks. Previous roles in daycare and pre- k programs I have strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and provide excellent care. I have work with children through Maxwell high school Early Childhood Program, from lesson plans to interacting with each child. As a pre-k helper at Maxwells high school I taught kids ages 4-5 in small groups . I also made lesson plans based on GELDS strandard I was teaching that week. I have work in a daycare, with hands on experience caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
