She does a fantastic and thorough job, coming every other week to keep the place looking great.   With a busy work and travel schedule, I can count on her to show up when she says she will and I trust her to provide her a key to enter without my presence. When personal matters prevent her from coming to clean, she always notifies me in advance and works with me to arrange another date to come. 
Words cannot express how comforting it is to come home after work/travel and relax knowing she's  taken care of the house cleaning that I would have had a hard time managing into my schedule. Juliana  is the best cleaner I know.

One of the best cleaning lady I have used by far. Juliana do a great job at being on time, and she always so polite. The whole house is so clean I always have someone cleaning weekly with Juliana I do every other week because she really do a very good job at cleaning.  I have been using this service for almost 6 months now. 
Detail is important to me. She even removed my hair products and cleaned the basket that held my hair products without me asking. Great job Juliana!

If you're looking for someone to count on, look elsewhere. First, I'll say Juliana is personable and I had great hopes. She had a convincing reference. We had a great interview and first cleaning. I even referred her to my neighbors. After the first cleaning, all was well, but then she stopped responding to both my neighbor and I. She said she was on vacation, but slowly stopped responding to calls and texts all together. She was a complete no-show for my neighbor's scheduled cleaning a few weeks later- she never got in touch with her to say why she didn't show, because she simply ignored all calls/texts. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional.

Julianna cleans my home as I would. Actually better. I have had several cleaners in the past and she surpasses all of them.  Her work is exceptional.

We have been using Juliana and since November 2016 to clean our home. We can always count on Juliana to be flexible with dates and accommodating to any special requests we have for our house. Each cleaning appointment is completed with precise detailing of all areas. The house always looks and smells great after each clean.

She is a very hardworking lady. The work was excellent. I had a teenagers and working full time was impossible for me to keep up with everything. After she was done all rooms looked brand new. Six years ago I was looking for a cleaning service to replace my cleaning lady that was with me for over 10 years but could no longer work due to family obligations. I interviewed Juliana and she was just what we were looking for. We wanted to hire someone that wanted to be with us long term and build a relationship over the years.
