Juli has been an absolute blessing to our family and our boys. She is very organized, highly communicative and incredibly accommodating in working with two busy healthcare professionals schedules. She has a way with our boys that they are asking for her throughout the week and are excited to see her when she arrives. She is incredibly creative and artistic and always has fun ideas to play with our two boys. She understands the stress they feel when we have to leave and employs great play activities that help them manage their emotions and engage with her. She is patient and calm with them as they are 2.5 and 1 year old boys and can be challenging at times and she handles them with love and compassion. I don't know what we would have done with out her this last year as she is considered a part of our family and she consistently goes above and beyond for our boys. 

I have had the pleasure of meeting Juliana and watching her taking care of my grandsons. Very focused and interacts wonderfully. I am so thankful she is a part of our grandsons childcare.

Juli started watching our now one-year-old when he was around seven months old. She’s been very reliable and is so great with him! She plays with him nonstop while they’re together and he’s always happy and exhausted by the time we get back. We feel very safe leaving him with Juli and would confidently recommend her to anyone. 

Juliana was absolutely wonderful. My kids were high energy and she dealt with them wonderfully. They are all excited to see her again.

Juliana was amazing with my toddler! He had an awesome time and was so well taken care of. She thought of everything. Very trustworthy and hardworking. 

She did a great job and kids loved her. She did great following expectations and patient and understanding w kids . 

Juli was our regular nanny for over two years. She was so good with our daughter and did so many fun things with her like days at the zoo, park, aquarium to taking her to school, camp or swimming. Juli always made sure our daughter was fed and did the bedtime routine a few nights a week. Lastly, we always felt comfortable being out of town as Juli would stick to our schedule we had laid out and was easy to communicate with over text message. We are sad Juli moved away from Florida but wish her the best!

Juli has worked part time as a nanny for my 3 young girls (age 2, 3 and 4 atstart date) for about a year and has been a huge asset to our family! She is professional and her experience with children was evident the first day. She keeps them in line while also bringing the fun! She is always has ideas for ways to spend the day- park visits, arts and crafts, special trips, etc. She has also managed school pickups and attended gymnastics practice. I feel completely safe with my girls in her care and they love her. :)

As a 35 year old father and husband that just relocated to Florida with my wife and a newborn in May of 2022, we are so incredibly blessed to have connected with Juliana through this site. She is so pleasant to be around, so thoughtful, caring, loving, helpful, and dedicated. She absolutely adores my daughter and takes such great care of her. I don't only see Juliana as our nanny, but as a part of our family. We've developed such an amazing relationship which is attributed to her personality and kindness. I would absolutely highly recommend and rehire Juliana.

We met Juliana in person, and she seemed like a great fit. Very energetic and fun; loved her immediately and so did my daughter.  A day later we offered her the position which she accepted, and we established a started day two weeks following. Leading up to her start date, I sent many text messages and placed several phone calls. Calls were unanswered and text messages not returned. Two days before her start date she responded to one of my text messages asking if I was from an agency. I reminded her that I had offered her a position, which she accepted, and she was now due to start the next day. No reply. When I told her that her services were no longer needed, she responded that she has many jobs and many families and that the text messages were a lot to keep up with. We were left without childcare, and I had to explain to my daughter why someone we had met and liked a lot would not be her sitter. Followed by time off due to no childcare. Not ideal.

Finding a nanny as a first time mom was really stressful. Juliana put all at that at ease. Upon the first meeting to every day she is with us. She is kind, funny and engaging with our baby. She is flexible and stays until the job is completed. Super helpful around the home as well. We are incredibly lucky to have her as part of our village!!

Juliana was amazing. Great at communicating and my son loves her. My other two kids wished she had watched them too (we took them to an event). She gave updates and started playing with him right away!

Julianna is very dependable and great with kids. She is always willing to help with anything and does an excellent job.
