About Juliana

For the past five years, I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Working as a CNA has strengthened my ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments. I have learned how to build trusting relationships with patients and their families by showing empathy, respect, and professionalism. This experience has also improved my communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, as I often care for multiple patients while prioritizing their safety and comfort. Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of infection control, patient privacy, and maintaining dignity in care. I take pride in advocating for my patients and supporting their physical and emotional well-being. My experience as a CNA has deepened my passion for healthcare and continues to motivate me to grow professionally and provide high-quality care to those in need.
