About Julia

Hi everyone!! My name is Julia, I'm 25 years old based in Portland, Maine. I have my Bachelors of Arts in child psychology, and specialize working with children with emotional and cognitive issues, along with those who may be on the spectrum- but I enjoy working with all kids of all shapes and sizes! I plan on starting my masters in occupational therapy with a focus in art therapy next spring. I love using art, music, and outdoor activities as ways to work with kids to allow them to express themselves. I fully believe each child has their own personality and should be allowed to own it!! I love hiking, yoga, painting/drawing, reading, anything outdoors, baking/cooking, movies, and emotions. I have many years experience in child care including nannying, babysitting, and case management. I am targeted children's case manager, certified BHP, and am CPR and blood pathogen certified. I am also completely vaccinated. LGBTQ+, pets, and culturally diverse friendly! Just be kind!
