A steady morning-to-evening schedule works best for me right now. I started caring for seniors when I found out my great aunt was sick. She didn't have a husband or kids, so I made it a priority to be there for her. I would drive every day after work from Newtown, PA to Hightstown, NJ to make sure she had everything she needed. I helped with groceries, meals, and just kept her company. I stayed by her side and cared for her until she passed. That's when I realized how important this kind of care is.
