About Julia

For nearly three decades, my son has been my greatest teacher. His autism diagnosis ignited a passion within me to advocate for and nurture children of all abilities. This journey led me to provide residential services under the guidance of an RN through a Medicaid Waiver, and I also spent 11 years in school districts working in various roles. I am patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages one and older. I hold a college degree with training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, and I always follow parents' preferred communication methods and household rules. I'm eager to bring my experience and dedication to your family and create a nurturing environment where your children can thrive.
