I firmly believe that I am not only being paid to simply supervise your child, but also to be active and to maintain a fun (and always learning) environment! I strive to get kids outdoors and learning about the natural world, and I also enjoy crafts, games, and stories. I have a degree in Environmental Conservation from Umass Amherst, a certificate in Nature-based Early Childhood Education from Antioch, and a North American Montessori Center ages 0-3 certification. I have over 12 years of experience with kids between the ages of 4 months to 13 years. I am CPR and First aid certified. I would love to help care for pets and will do housework/laundry as needed!

There are no words powerful enough for the positive impact Julia has made on our three children and on my husband and me. She is a treasure, a teammate and the best caregiver and babysitter we have ever had. Our kids are now 10, 12 and 14 and they are full of wonder, joy and love of self in no small part because Julia was their babysitter afterschool and whenever my husband and I had to travel. She exposes kids to the marvels of nature, nurtures their strengths and supports them with whatever challenges them. Any family would be lucky beyond measure to have her spend time with their children! (PS...if you have a canine, they will flourish under her care as well!)
