About Julia

I birthed, raised & homeschooled six children. My work experience includes part time overnight house mom / advocate at a home for girls aging out of foster care: transportation, chores, listening ear and guide, enforcing house rules, submitting end of day reports as well as incident reports. I also have secretary / receptionist skills and was trusted with banking and check writing. I love to read to young people. I'm creative. I'm a trained transcriptionist and certified trauma-informed life coach. I also have experience sitting with a 93-year-old woman on Sundays. I think of Jesus as my brother and friend, as well as my savior. I'm compassionate and kind, and learning to hold my boundaries and respect those of other people. I have adhd and am aware of that, and handle life well on the job. I'm a dependable, hard worker (who needs regular potty breaks). I love hugs, but also read the room and respect if a person doesn't want a hug.
