About Julia

I birthed, raised & homeschooled six children. I am a non-smoker, have CPR and First Aid certification, own my car, comfortable around dogs/ cats. My work experience includes part time overnight house mom / advocate at a home for girls aging out of foster care: transportation, chores, listening ear and guide, enforcing house rules, submitting end of day reports. I've worked as secretary/receptionist, entrusted with banking and check writing. I enjoy children of all ages & love to read to & play with them. I'm creative. I'm a trained transcriptionist and certified trauma-informed life coach. I also have experience sitting with a 93-year-old woman on Sundays. I think of Jesus as my savior, brother, friend. I'm cheerful, compassionate and kind, and I hold my boundaries and respect those of other people. I have adhd and am aware of that, and handle life well on the job. I'm a dependable, hard worker. I love hugs, but also read the room and respect if a person doesn't want a hug.
