With one year of experience, I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, manage medications, encourage physical activity, and provide home health support. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My passion for supporting well-being and independence stems from previous positive experiences in adult and senior care roles. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I respect a client's independence. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, following your preferred communication method. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. I speak English and Russian. I'm eager to use my skills to help your family thrive.
