About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia , and I am 19 years old currently home in Somers, NY for the summer. I am entering my junior year at Ithaca College, where I am majoring in psychology, and am looking for part-time childcare opportunities with energetic and kind young faces! I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old and have experience working with children in both home and educational settings. I previously volunteered at my elementary school, assisting teachers and helping support students in the classroom. I also worked with TST BOCES in Ithaca, where I gained valuable experience in patience, communication, and creating a positive environment for children with diverse needs. In addition to my childcare experience, I have a strong background in theatre, music, singing/songwriting, and various sports. I would describe myself as responsible, warm, dependable, and attentive, and I am excited to connect with families this summer!
