About Julia

Hi! I'm Julia, an educator and the founder of Bloom & Grow Learning. I provide personalized literacy and academic support designed to help children build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and develop a love of learning. I specialize in reading, writing, comprehension, academic enrichment, and IEP support using a warm, encouraging, and individualized approach. I believe every child has the ability to grow and thrive when given the right support, patience, and encouragement. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for families in Harford County and surrounding areas. My goal is to create a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel capable, confident, and excited to learn. Where readers bloom - and confidence grows.
