About Julia

Hi, I'm Julia! I'm a nanny, teaching/theatre student, and actor living in DTLA! I've always had a deep love and passion for helping children grow and learn, specifically through art, imagination, and play. I have extensive experience working with children for 7+ years both domestically and in classroom settings, and I hold CPR & First Aid Certification. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, as well as children with special needs. I'm looking to nanny while I finish my schooling to become a youth theatre teacher! I believe that empathy, positivity, communication, an abundance of patience, and fun-lovingness is key. I understand what an immense responsibility it is to protect children and their individuality, and encourage their growth while attending to their needs. I love creating an environment of safety, trust, and joy with the children (and parents) that I work with. When I'm not working, I love to read, write, dance, watch indie movies, and sew!
