I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. At 41 years old, my many years of experience have allowed me to develop a calm, patient, and creative approach to childcare, which I believe is essential in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education. I also have experience with special needs children and have taken coursework in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue, ensuring they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care.
