Hi, my name is Julia, and I have always loved caring for children. My hope is to attain a full schedule of childcare/ respite care, or tutoring. I raised 7 kiddos--twins too!, and have 6 years' experience teaching special ed as a Texas educator. It is my passion to serve families and children according to their specific needs. I tutor subject-area skills, such as reading, English and math, through repetitive, fun, creative activity. References available! I have had experience with children who have various challenges, including: ID, CP, ASD (autism), ADHD, ADD, SLD (specific learning disability), vision-impaired, OHI (other health impaired), etc. I truly enjoy providing either: childcare, or respite care (to give parents of these special students a break and some quality time together), or tutor in academic skills.
