About Julia

Growing up in a family of 11, I was introduced to caring for children and helping around the house from a young age. In a busy household I had many responsibilities, like making lunch, changing diapers, putting my younger sisters down for naps, etc. As I got older, I found that caring for children was something that I genuinely enjoyed; something that allowed me to express my creative, more nurturing side. Having now been in the area of professional childcare for 6 years, my love for children and my enthusiasm to work with them has only grown. From working with infants to teens, my experience and ability have become very broad and have shaped me into a flexible quick-thinker, and hard worker. I am comfortable with many things as a childcare provider including, but not limited to, food prep, house cleaning, animal care, bathing/child clean up, and overnight care. Childcare is an adventure that I eagerly await, and I look forward to working with another wonderful family as soon as I can!
