Julia had a regular one-evening-a-week gig with my 5&7yos and was a huge hit. She had creative ideas for fun things to do -- creek explores and homemade ice cream! Later we hired her to help out during our move, and she was a jack-of-all-trades and took a lot of errands off our plate.
