About Julia

Julia has been caring for my 97 year old mom for nearly a year. There are so many positive things I can say about her and what she brings to her work. First and most importantly, my mother trusts her deeply and feels very safe and comfortable with her. This is because Julia brings an energy of both calmness and competence. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of assisting with ADLs, and in the more expert level tasks required since my mother's stroke, including bedsore prevention, performing transfers, catheter management, etc. Julia is thoughtful and generous,, always thinking of and doing things that will make my mom's life better. She is an excellent cook and she serves her meals in a nurturing way. Most refreshing to the family is that Julia is a true professional. She is a great communicator and problem solver, has an excellent sense of boundaries, and contributes very positively to the 24 hr. care team. I highly recommend Julia....as long as you don't take her away from my mother!
