Hi! I am a mom of 2 teenage boys and a Virginia certified educator with endorsements in pre-k through 6th and middle school and high school English. I have taught in public and charter schools for 8 years and in homeschool settings for 10 years. With a Master's degree in teaching from Johns Hopkins University, I combine academic knowledge with a patient, calm, and creative approach to nurture children from infancy through their teenage years. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment. I love nature, hiking, yoga, reading, art, music, and sports.
