About Julia

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I hold a college degree and specialize in guiding elementary and middle school students through math, English, science, history, art, and computer studies. My approach focuses on building genuine confidence and a lasting love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess your unique learning style through active listening and open communication, ensuring our sessions are perfectly tailored to you. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small success along the way. I prioritize clear communication with both you and your parents to ensure we stay aligned on your academic goals. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I look forward to helping you grow and succeed on your personal learning journey.
