About Julia

I have spent the past 4 years working in the Bay County School system both as a substitute teacher and as a paraprofessional. I have been a volunteer coach. (6 yrs soccer, 2 yrs flag football) I have also run youth groups with large amounts of children with all different ages. I also have 4 children of my own. My youngest is 13 and my oldest is 20. I am a child at heart and was always the mom at the front of the car line at school because I couldn't wait to spend time with my kids. Now that mine are older I have some more time on my hands and would love to work with kids again. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I prioritize open communication with parents through verbal updates, texts, or their preferred method. I'm very comfortable upholding household rules. My skills include First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I've completed Early Child Development Coursework. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
