About Julia

Hello! I'm 19 years old, and earning my degree in communication sciences, to become a pediatric speech therapist. Over the past years, I have worked as an para in the preschool, high school and elementary setting. Along with volunteering in kids church; elementary age, and preschool age. Furthermore, my experience furthers beyond the classroom setting as I have a younger sibling with autism, sensory processing disorder and anxiety. Additionally, I have experience in animal care, volunteering in animal shelters and dog sitting. I understand that the search for a sitter/ care taker can be nerve wracking. So I appreciate your time and consideration of my candidacy. I like working with kids because In my eyes, kids are amazing. I love working with them because I have the privilege of helping them grow, learn, and to find meaning in their lives. My skills include empathy, decision making, and patience. *I am a college student home for the break, so I'm only here until December 27th*
