I love teaching. I taught in Mexico for 7 yrs and Turkey for 4 yrs. I worked on 2 yr grant for a website which was to help immigrants to pass the citizenship tests. I then came to Shelbyville to teach Spanish at the high school but when they realized my experience teaching English to non native speakers of English, they make me ESL coordinator. Later, I jumped at the opportunity to teach Spanish to elementary students for 4 yrs in Shelbyville. When that program was closed. I later went to JCPS to work at the Newcomer Academy which is for middle school and high school ESL students from all over the world. I retired early due to epilepsy. I love teaching and would like to teach in my home or online with google meet because I can not drive. I truly miss teaching.
