About Judy

For 16 years, I instructed math students with learning differences at Lawrence School. In 2022, I left the classroom to privately tutor students in grades K-8. At that time, I also became a certified multisensory math practitioner, trained by a fellow of the Orton Gillingham Academy. I use a structured lesson plan that incorporates manipulatives, movement, explicit instruction, guided practice, and independent practice. Students will increase their confidence and skills while learning math through tactile, visual, auditory, and language activities.
