You cannot go wrong in hiring Judith. She provided childcare for my daughter from 3 months to 2.5 years and has been a dedicated, kind, and nurturing addition to our family the whole time. The only reason we are moving on is to transition to preschool. She provided useful suggestions when I asked for them as a new mother and was also flexible and nonjudgmental in implementing our preferences on anything from food introduction to potty training.
