Acute Patient Care Technician at UCSF hospital 10yrs experienced, can handle discharged patient that needs continuing care at home, prepare patient foods, ADL, exercise the patient and mobilization, Knows how to care patient's drainage at home and can administer patient antibiotics thru central line under doctor's consent with family approval. Remind patient meds and chart patients daily routine and vital signs and report it to doctors if needed. Can do light housekeeping if the patient is okey to leave. High quality Standard of care is what I learned at UCSF HOSPITAL and mostly the patient privacy and safety is my priority.
