I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with several years of experience supporting an individual living with Multiple Sclerosis. I believe care should always protect dignity, independence, and a person's sense of self. I provide support with daily living and household tasks, transportation to appointments and errands, companionship, and safe time outdoors for fresh air and gentle activity. As a certified personal trainer, I can also assist with mobility, balance, and maintaining strength in a safe and supportive way. I'm also happy to help with everyday technology, offering patient, step-by-step guidance with phones, tablets, TVs, and other devices. My goal is simple: to support people in a way that never makes them feel like a burden. I bring patience, respect, and a calm, encouraging presence into every home.
