About Juanita

I'm an enthusiastic, active, affectionate, and dependable nanny with over 20 years of experience. I'm available for full-time live-in or live-out work. I love to take kids to the park, tell them stories, read to them, and play music, sing, and dance together. I use stories and play to teach kids about responsibility and helping others. I'm also happy to help with housework, meal prep/cooking, and laundry, in addition to childcare. I am a U. S. citizen and speak fluent English and Spanish, as well as some Italian. I have worked as a nanny for multiple families, including one with 6 children, and cared for all age ranges - newborns to teenagers. I've also previously worked as a cultural interpreter at the Smithsonian American Indian Museum, giving children's workshops, guiding groups of children, giving presentations, and answering questions. I love to teach kids about their world!
