About Juanita

Juanita was meant to work with kids. Her calm nature and easy-going attitude paired with her understanding of babies, toddlers and school age children alike prepares her to handle any situation with children effortlessly. She has seen and experienced it all and this was what drew us to her in the first place. I learned so much from her over the course of the year she spent with our family. My three year old son adores her and she took care of him like he were her own. Having worked with many different families all approaching child rearing in different ways, Juanita is a great listener and adapted immediately to how we wanted to do things. I would often share what was working for us through different phases of our son's life or how we liked to handle certain situations, and I would hear her implement these approaches immediately. From terminology we used to how we handled big toddler emotions, it was such a relief to know that things remained consistent at home when we were gone. Our son thrived with Juanita and we will certainly keep in touch with her for a long time as she became such a part of our family and every day life.
