Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. For three years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, focusing on their well-being and independence. My experience includes live-in care, hospice support, home health, and assistance with daily living tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and mobility. I also provide specialized care for those with dementia, including medical management, physical activity, and managing challenging behaviors. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care and communicate with families using their preferred method, including daily reports. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
