I'm a Florida-certified educator with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and several years of experience teaching science. I also have experience as a Child Protective Investigator, giving me a strong background in behavior management, de-escalation, and working with children from diverse backgrounds. I believe children thrive when they have clear expectations, consistency, and a supportive adult who genuinely believes in their potential. My approach combines structure with patience, helping students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and develop independence.
