I am a dedicated Direct Support Professional with four years of experience in the field. This work has truly brought joy to my heart, as it allows me to uplift others and bring a spark of positivity into their lives. I currently work with PPL, where I develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each participant's goals and support needs. I provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily activities to promote independence, confidence, and dignity. Through this work, I have discovered my true passion for making a difference as a DSP.
