Hired her and had her come for a day of training. Was exhausted training her for 7 hours. I turned down several other candidates thinking she was my new full time nanny. She then tells me that night that she quits because she had much traffic going home. Very unprofessional. Also very loud, woke my baby during her nap because she wasn't able to speak quietly. And repeatedly said to my baby "No" after I asked her not to.
