Hello! I am a 33-year-old Mommy of three. CNA for 13 years with good references! Experience with managing care and care team, quadriplegic care, feeding tubes, catheters, colostomy, lifts, transfers, ambulation, toileting, bathing and showering, dementia and Alzheimer's, ADLs, range of motion, medication administration, repositioning, etc. I love being a CNA and being able to help. I take pride in my work with compassion for all my families.

Juana has been helping me since September of last year. She's very reliable and a wonderful presence in our home. I'm a quadriplegic with complicated care needs, but Juana more than meets my needs. She is highly recommended.

Juana was an absolute expert in her job caring for my 80 year old father.  She was on time, reliable, followed our plans and came up with some ideas on her own, compassionate.  I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!  She did basic household duties, grocery shopping, taking my dad where needed, etc.  It was so comforting when I knew she would be home with him.  I know he enjoyed her company too.

Juana genuinely cares about her patient(s) that she is caring for.  She has a passion to make sure they are taken care of and has the quality of life they deserve. She took care of my dad for over a year and they built a bond together. She is very knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience. She assisted with therapy, muscle movements and rehab.. she took responsibility to do daily med routines breakfast, lunch and dinner routines, catheter bags, BM's, bathing etc including  light duty work. She was very organized and detail oriented.. She was a great person and great care taker for my dad, we miss her.. Unfortunately, my dad passed recently or we would still have her as our caregiver. She was the best!  Highly recommended for your loved one..

Juana is a great caregiver... she really cares for my Mom. Mom loves her!

She takes Mom for walks, bathes her, and helps with her exercise routines.

Juana gives Mom a massage before bed. Mom says she sleeps great!

We were concerned about our ability to take care of Mom. Juana has made home care possible for us!

Juana is a very caring and dedicated person.  She frequently goes above and beyond in caring for people.  She is kind, gentle and very efficient.  Juana is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.  I have worked with her as a coworker at a geriatric long term care facility and with her while she was a private care giver to a resident at a LTC facility. 

Juana is very dependable. She is a skilled CNA with 4 years of nursing home experience. Juana is kind and respectful of her residents and her co-workers. She anticipates the needs of the residents and plans accordingly. Juana would be an asset to your company.

She's the best. She is very gentle and caring. I just love her. My grandma has Alzheimer's and Juana knows all the right techniques to calm her. 

Juana is a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude made even the most difficult of jobs caring for my mother easier for all.  She usually became the information center for me in the care of my mother.  Her willingness to help me get the best products for her health were imperative. Her knowledge base also assisted me in understanding my role in my mother's care.  She is considerate considering the fact my mother would sometimes  have episodes and leave her a mess to clean up that was above and beyond anything I would expect Juana to do.  Juana's caring nature showed always. Such a pleasure to have her in my home!
