I am a Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience providing hands-on medical and behavioral care to diverse populations. As a PCT and CNA, I assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support patient mobility, and maintain a safe, compassionate care environment. As an RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and use evidence-based strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
