About Jream

I have worked as both a CNA and PCT in a variety of clinical settings, which has given me a strong and adaptable foundation in patient care. My experience includes working on a dementia and Alzheimer's unit, where I developed patience, empathy, and effective communication while caring for patients with cognitive decline. I have also worked in med-surg and geriatric units, gaining experience with higher patient acuity, time management, and assisting with activities of daily living. In pediatric settings, I learned to build trust with children and families while providing compassionate care. My time in the ICU exposed me to fast-paced, high-acuity environments that required close attention to detail and teamwork. As a float CNA, I adapted quickly to different units and workflows while maintaining consistent, patient-centered care.
