I asked Joy last minute to help me with a personal statement and Joy responded right away agreeing to help me. The comments/edits were extremely helpful! Joy pointed out areas where I should have provided more detail or explanation. Which was very helpful to remind me not to assume people reading know what I am talking about. Joy also pointed out areas that were out of place and once I rearranged things based on the comments, everything flowed much better. Overall, Joy's comments/edits were a tremendous help to my personal statement!
