I am a mother of three and a retired school elementary school teacher. My youngest child is now 17 and doesn't need a full time stay at home mom. I miss interacting with young children, I love their energy and enthusiasm for life. My experience has taught me that children need someone who will talk, play and go for walks with them as opposed to screen time and expensive toys. Children need to be encourage to play and use their imagination. They need to build conversation skills and confidence. All of this helps them to be ready to be a success not only in school, but in life.
