About Joy

I have past experience caring for the elderly for at least 10 years. I have worked in 3 different nursing homes in NY and done home care in PA and in NY with 2 different seniors. I have assisted with showers, bed baths, general cleanliness, range of motion exercises, taking vital signs both digital and manual, light meal prep, general companionship and general well being. I have learned to use various kinds of equipment and in general how to make an elderly persons environment safe and fulfilling. I thrive when I hear them specifically ask for me when they are in need because they feel safe and cared for by me. I am always punctual. I have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. I do not drink or smoke and I am a very responsible mother of three. I look forward to working with you and your loved one.
