My husband, who is elderly with Parkinson's and needs support when I'm away from home, loves Joy. She goes above and beyond in caring for him. She continually assesses our home and living situation, making suggestions (in a supportive and respectful way,) about how I can help him more. We have two young dogs, who are a bit boisterous, but she takes them in stride as part of our pack. Her work ethic and enthusiastic, loving nature are a blessing. We love Joy.

Joy is wonderful. She has been taking care of my grandmother for a while now. She is very sweet, she is super helpful and knowledgeable, and she is great at what she does. My grandmother loves her and I always feel good knowing she is being well taken of in Joy's care!

My family hired Joy to care for my 80+ mother who has Parkinson's.  Joy was very pleasant and caring.  She is an excellent house cleaner and caregiver and would take my mother to Dr. appointments when needed.  She was knowledgeable about medications and making sure my mother got them in a timely manor.  Due to a change in my mothers schedule we have had to hire someone for the afternoons.  Joys only fault is that she can be late on occasion which was not a huge issue for us.

Joy did a fantastic job with our 90+yr old mother. She has all the skills needed for personal care, companionship, and anything else you may need to be done such as housekeeping, etc...

My wife had Parkinson's Disease.  It probably started in 2008, but symptoms were minor for about 5 years. 
 Caregivers were hired about 2014 since the symptoms are progressive.  We had a problem with a caregiver in 2017 and Joy was hired in June 2017 and worked until my wife's death on February 18, 2020.  In my opinion she was the best caregiver we had during all those years.  The worst I could say was that she was sometimes a few minutes late.  Otherwise, she was all I could ask for.  She was very good at preventing my wife from falling and she often did cleaning and the dishes.  We ate lunch at a senior meal site 3 times weekly and Joy would drive her there about half the time when I was not at home to do so.  She was very good with regard to dressing and bathing my wife.  In summary,  I recommend her highly!

Joy M. is a very special caretaker, as demonstrated by the care she provides our mother.  She is diligent, mindful and very caring.  Joy provides genuine compassion and is always willing to take other responsibilities when we ask her.   We appreciate the attention to detail she gives our mom around activities of daily living and making sure her living space is always clean and tidy. I  worked with Joy full-time at a seniors residence and I have observed her to be very loving and kind. She is attentive to both physical and emotional needs constantly.
