About Joy

I'd describe my personality as energetic, friendly, and organized. I'm looking for a job that will help me grow as a person and an educator, and a job where I can know I am helping someone learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was very young babysitting my cousins. I officially worked at a summer camp my senior year of highschool. And now I am a college student receiving my teaching license and doing student teaching! In my spare time, I like to craft (sewing, painting, crochet), read or watch shows, and mostly go and hangout with my friends. My skills include knowledge of inclusionary practices for all children, a friendly and accepting demeanor, and a creative ability to come up with activities.
