About Joy

Hi, I'm Joy! I'm a graduate student at the University of Arizona and a returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Morocco's youth sector. I have experience caring for children in homes, classrooms, and camp settings, working with ages ranging from infants to teens. I'm passionate about positive youth development and take an asset-based approach to empower kids to learn and grow. My behavior management style balances clear boundaries with the freedom to explore. I love baking, the outdoors, and languages, and I'd be excited to share these interests with your children. I look forward to connecting!
