Joy brings just that to our house: joy. She is remarkably thorough, preferring to fully prepared before she even gets to the house asking all the right questions; and she gives us all the right answers. The kids get excited to know that she will be coming, and when we leave, we can be sure that we will be getting a text so we know how bedtime went and so on. Joy is a rare person, and I think you should stop looking for a sitter. You’ve found one in Joy!
