I highly recommend Joy. Joy helped take care of my dad nights while he was on hospice. She was so kind to both my mom and dad. Her warm personality helped both my parents feel at ease with her right away. My dad had dementia and woke up confused several times in a night and she was an expert at handling my dad's needs and helping him be calm. My mom was able to sleep when Joy was there, and my mom had the complete confidence in Joy.
