About Joyce

For the past 28+ years I have worked as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the public school system ages preschool through elementary. I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and supporting families. My passion lies in fostering children's growth through creative and educational activities. I am patient, calm, and approachable, allowing me to connect easily with children aged 1-11. My background includes some graduate school coursework, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational apps with children as well as arts and crafts. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life brings me joy, and I look forward to the opportunity to care for your little one!
