I was also employed by Childway Pediatrics working with trach, vent, and children with cancer. I earned an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting, and I am a CNA. Working with the elderly is very rewarding from the joy they express at the beginning of your day with them to the gratitude they give to you. They have much wisdom and lots of life experience. It is so nice to see how many children of the elderly love and care for their parents enough to seek home care and facilitate them to stay in their home where they are most comfortable and feel more independent.
