About Joyce

I bring both personal and hands-on experience to senior care, having supported my own mother through her journey with Parkinson's disease. That experience taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to adapt care to each person's changing needs day to day. I offer: 1) Transportation to doctor appointments and other errands 2) Companionship - I genuinely enjoy sitting down with older adults and hearing the stories of their lives; I think there's so much wisdom in listening 3) Support with fine motor movement, including exercises and activities that help maintain dexterity 4) Memory games and mental engagement to help keep the mind active 5) Accompanying walks, at whatever pace feels comfortable 6) Meal preparation, with attention to any dietary needs or preferences 7) Post-surgery recovery support, including help with daily tasks, mobility, medication reminders, and general comfort while healing I'd love to talk with you about your loved one's specific needs and how I can help.
