I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. With one year of experience and some college, I tailor my approach to each student's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they engage with new concepts. I use various teaching strategies, including visual aids and hands-on activities, and maybe a bit of drama. I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and providing positive reinforcement. Regular updates help parents stay informed and reinforce learning at home. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring. I can help with Math, English, Reading, Foreign Language, Music & Drama, beginner piano and History. I am comfortable tutoring elementary and middle school students at their homes, libraries, community centers, or coffee shops, etc. I'd love to bring my enthusiasm and experience to support your child's academic journey.
