Joyce has been working for our family for the past 18 months and I cannot say enough good things about her. She has taken incredible care of our daughter from infancy through her early toddler years. She is the type of caregiver you pray you find for your child. She is loving, kind, and responsible. She treated our daughter like she was her own granddaughter. My husband and I commented all the time that we did not know how she had all the energy to play and stay engaged with our toddler like she did. Joyce not only "watched" our daughter, she taught her. Our daughter learned shapes and animals from Joyce. It was like having our own personal school teacher. Safety was also a top priority for her and she gave us a daily report on activities and items related to our daughter. The only reason we are not continuing with her is because we moved out of state. We are devastated that she cannot continue with our family. If you are looking for an incredible nanny, Joyce is your person. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.
